A teacher from the Laiwu Vocational and?Technical College in Jinan city, Shandong province in east China, explains to students from Thailand how to operate industrial robots. As China strives for a higher level of opening up, vocational colleges are exploring new ways to train international students. The Laiwu Vocational and Technical College is working in collaboration with colleges and universities in the Belt and Road Initiative partner countries.
